How we organise project milestones, feedback and digital handover.

Delivery plan

The written quotation sets out deliverables, milestones, review stages and target dates. Timing depends on the agreed scope, access to necessary systems and feedback. We discuss revised dates with you if these dependencies change.

Reviewing the work

Depending on the project, you may receive design previews, a staging link or an application build. Review the agreed journeys and send feedback with the affected page or screen, device and steps needed to reproduce an issue.

Digital handover

We deliver the files, repository access, website access or build agreed in the scope. We confirm how you can access the deliverables and what you need to manage the product after handover.

Launch and aftercare

Domain changes, third-party reviews and app store publication can depend on external providers or accounts. We agree who is responsible for each launch step and what maintenance or support is included in your project.
